Mediation and Conflict Resolution is an interactive course. It focuses on conflict-resolution skills and strategies and provides an introduction to mediation. The topics include: defining conflict, causes and types of conflict, conflict-handling styles, escalation and de-escalation of conflicts, conflict analysis, conflict progression, communication skills, anger management, forgiveness therapy, and introduction to facilitative mediation.
